If you have completed the delivery fields at checkout and you can only Click & Collect this means you either haven’t met our minimum £30 spend or you are based outside of our current delivery area. You can view our delivery area here
We aim to pick our orders within 24 hours of receipt and one of our team will call you as soon as we have it ready for you to come and collect it.
If you have added multiple bulky or heavy items such as compost, there will be a surcharge applied for delivery.
We are happy to bring your items out to your car once you have arrived at our car park as understand that not everyone is able to come back in to store to collect their items. Just give us a call when you are ready and one of our team will come out to you as soon as possible.
We are still working on our online shopping adding products. Unfortunately we aren’t able to add all our items online however if there is something you need that we stock but cannot find online please send us an email here or give us a call on 01327 354126 and we will do our best to help you.
